I was disappointed with this. The material felt kind of cheap right away, and after just a few trips it was already showing wear. For the price, I expected something sturdier and better made.

My order came in with the right size, so that part was good, but the color wasn’t what I picked. It’s a little disappointing, though overall it wasn’t a total miss. Personally, I’d say it was an okay experience, but I wish they had gotten the color right.

I was a bit disappointed because the setup directions were confusing and not as clear as I’d hoped. I had to reread them a few times, and it made the whole process feel more stressful than it needed to be.

Well... I bought my Orucase bag a few years ago, and it’s been through quite a few trips with me at this point. The zippers still work great, the fabric hasn’t torn, and it’s held up even though I definitely haven’t been gentle with it. i’m impressed with how long it’s lasted.

I don’t know why, but shopping on the site just felt more annoying than it needed to be. The filters were kind of clunky, the cart wasn’t very smooth, and the shipping info showed up later than I expected. I ended up getting frustrated and gave up before placing the order...

The bag is decent and technically portable, but it feels heavier than I expected once I actually use it. I thought it would be more convenient to carry around, so I’m a little disappointed and kind of wish I had picked something lighter.

I picked this up mostly because I liked the simple design, it looks even better in person. The colors are clean without being too loud, and everything feels well thought out. It has a nice premium feel with the little details, but it’s not trying too hard or being flashy. Definitely happy with it.

I really wanted to like Orucase because the bag looked good online and seemed like it would be super practical. The whole shipping process was kind of confusing, though. Customer service did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but the answers weren’t especially helpful. It wasn’t a terrible purchase, just not one I’d probably make again

I bought this from orucase.com because a riding buddy of mine has one and said it worked well for him. Overall, the bag is fine and feels easy to use, but the padding was a little thinner than I expected when I got it in person.

For everyday hauling, I think it would be totally okay, but I was using it for a trip and felt a bit nervous about my bike getting bumped around. I ended up adding some extra foam myself just for peace of mind. Not a bad product at all, I just wish the padding felt a little more solid

I ordered this based on their size chart, so I really thought it would fit my bike properly, but it just didn’t. It was tight in some spots and weirdly loose in others, which made me wonder if I was missing something or if the sizing is just off. For the price, it was frustrating

I almost skipped the travel protection, but I ended up adding it to my order and yeah, I’m really glad I did. My bag came out of transit looking rough, and I was already thinking it was going to be a whole annoying thing to deal with, but the claim process was actually super simple. They handled it quickly, no strange back-and-forth or making me jump through hoops. Traveling with my bike is already kind of stressful, so having that covered made a big difference. I’d definitely use it again.

They did end up honoring the warranty, so I’ll give them credit for that. The only frustrating part was how slow the replies were. I had to follow up twice before things really moved along. Support kept saying things like, “we’re checking on it” and “thanks for your patience,” which was fine, but I definitely had to stay on top of it. In the end, it got sorted out.

I just needed one small replacement part and figured it would be easy, especially after they make it sound like they stand behind the product. Nope. Couldn’t get the part anywhere, and customer support didn’t really help. For the price, that’s frustrating. Feels like a broken promise, honestly

I ended up paying more and worrying about the bike the entire trip. For how much the case costs, I expected a smoother experience
